*Edit 09/22/22 After receiving a call following our visit, our issues were discussed and resolved. I appreciate Seaway GMC taking the time to explain what was fixed, why it was recommended and for giving us the records of work done. Girlfriend went in for an oil change and to replace brakes at 8am. Told at 930am that it would be longer (12pm) and got a shuttle home. Called at 130pm and she was told they were finishing a wheel alignment and it would be done at 2. Was charged for multiple things which she never agreed upon including a brake fluid flush, ...

We went to see different SUVs at Seaway Buick which can fit our need. I really want to appreciate the dedication and hard work of Carole. As due to COVID and non-availability of vehicles we were unable to see all vehicles in one go and decide about the best SUV. Carole was the one who guided us and inform us whenever the model become available. We went to see the SUVs multiple time and she always calmly guided us. We end up buying a van, but I would like to thank Carole for the hard work and professionalism.

I have went here once to test drive a car. It clearly had transmissions problems. Or was misfiring/not running on all cylinders... or a issue with picking up speed/ it hesitated alot while giving it gas... the service was friendly... but they wanted alot for this car that didnt even drive smooth... I may check back again one day...I like buicks...and GMC of course... my uncle bought his truck here...and it's great.. but it was only 4 years old... the one I was looking at was 10+ years old ...and was very expensive for the mileage/way ...

Brought my Audi to do its seasonal tire change, oil change, a brake service and alignment - everything went well. They have a few tech's that are very savvy when it comes to imports, they don't only specialize in Gm's. Brandon was great as usual, no issues whatsoever. Just purchased 2 vehicles in the past couple of months with Seaway. Great dealership and awesome salesman Matt Hope and awesome finance manager Cory Maxam, they treat you very well. I would have given a 5 star however we've been having a bad experience with one salesman Derek, his office is the first cubicle when you walk in dealership and he is just too aggressive for me and my family. He doesn't stop pestering us even though we tell him we are here to see Matt or someone else. He made my daughter feel very uncomfortable every time we went ...

Took my 2013 2500hd in for a no start issue. Was pleasantly served by Amy in service. Was kept informed of the work needed and the time It would take. As planned my truck was ready and had a new fuel pump and a throttle body installed. The cost was very reasonable. Thanks guys for getting the beast back to work!

I love the drive up that Seaway offers for oil changes. I don’t have much time for this type of thing as I have to travel some distance from home to work(between Quebec and Cornwall) They are fast and efficient and a fare price. Would highly recommend them.

It took us a couple of weeks to commit to trading and purchasing new, and our sales person (Janice) was very patient and helpful. Even when we had a minor problem with the left blinker, on delivery, she tried to have the problem resolved as quickly as possible.
Technical Assiustant took the time to explain what needed to be done. Because the parts had to come from out of town, the work was done in a timely fashio.
I brought my car in for both a recall and a leaky transmission. My transmission was under warranty so that was a definite bonus. They took care of both PLUS they went above and beyond doing a bunch of other stuff at no extra charge...they didn't have to do that and they did. They certainly are improving their service.
